Access

• All exhibitors (booth staff) are required to be registered through the online registration system.

• Upon registration process, valid email addresses should be provided. Each e-mail address can be used only once. Companies are therefore requested to indicate the individual e-mail address for each of their staff members.

• During build-up / dismantling, working passes are required for stand builders and other contractors working for exhibitors.

• All persons involved in the operation of hospitality suites must have a valid badge (exhibitor, delegate, day badge). All persons requesting access to the hospitality suite must be registered either as participants or as exhibitors. Persons without such a badge will not be allowed to enter the room.

Exhibitor Badges (booth staff)

As an entrance control will be implemented for the exhibition area, special name badges must be ordered for booth staff and other persons involved. Exhibition staff requiring access to the exhibition outside the official exhibition opening hours, e.g. in the mornings to prepare the exhibit, must be in possession of an exhibitor badge. However, they do not need to register as regular congress participants. For access to other parts of the venue (apart from the exhibition area), scientific registration will be required.

Complimentary exhibitor registration according to booth size as follows:

• 1 additional exhibitor badge for each 9 sqm thereafter

Additional Badges

• Additional badges may be purchased via the congress website at regular rates. An ESCMID account is needed, but no membership.

• Companies may register their personnel via a link that will be sent to them by January 2020.

• The registration link will include information on how to enter all the required details.

• During the registration process companies will be required to provide valid e-mail addresses for their registrants.

• Each e-mail address can be used only once. Companies are therefore requested to indicate the individual e-mail address for each of their staff members.

• The individual confirmation with general information and the barcode will be sent around 10 days prior to the commencement of the congress.

• Registered participants will be requested to present their confirmation in order to obtain the personal badge at the self-print stations.

Additional Full Congress Registrations

Full congress registrations can be made at regular rates by registering online at www.eccmid.org These badges will have to be printed with a personal barcode at the participant check-in desks in the registration area.
